The long glass sight glass is convenient for observing the state in the tank, and the special design of the mirror lamp is a quick interface, which is convenient and safe to operate. Standard pH, DO, and temperature interfaces are reserved, and aseptic sampling and discharge ports are designed with multi-valve combinations, and the top of the tank includes inoculation ports, feeding ports, foam electrode interfaces, exhaust condenser interfaces, and multiple backup ports. The pipeline valves are made of stainless steel, and the special sanitary pipeline valves for food and fermentation simplify the pipeline design and reduce the chance of infection under the premise of realizing complete functions Stirring mode, using direct transmission mechanical stirring or magnetic transmission mechanical stirring, stepless speed regulation, can run stably at lower and higher speeds, will not appear idling or slipping, and accurate speed measurement. The standard type of stirring impeller is closed six-blade, and there are many other types of impellers to choose from, such as pitch-blade propellers, turboprops, arrow blades, spiral blades, open six-blades, etc. The impeller position can be adjusted and can be freely combined with other paddle types to obtain the best fluid type. Reasonable baffle design can effectively eliminate the vortex generated during stirring, and can obtain a higher secondary flow, so that the heat and mass transfer rate can be greatly improved.

BLBIO-FS8.0 is based on the theory of detection and control of cell and molecular biometabolic flux and has been rich in the detection and control of microbial fermentation process optimization research for many years. The main functions of this software are as follows:
