Tank functions: John Crane mechanical seal, inlet sterilization filter, exhaust condenser, inlet system with air distributor, flame inoculation port (also feeding and cleaning port), discharge port, sampling port, and feeding port; The five electrodes for automatic control parameters are: pH electrode DO electrode, defoaming electrode, temperature electrode port; Four peristaltic pumps are automatically controlled to replenish acid/alkali/foam/culture medium respectively;

Ventilation: Adopting a deep ventilation system with a rotor flow meter display, adjusting the gas flow rate according to process requirements, and evenly distributing gas through the air distributor inside the tank; Adopting a sterilization filter with an accuracy of 0.2 μ m (Dominic or Shanghai Yiming), equipped with an anti material backflow device, ensuring safety and greatly extending service life;

Fermentation pH control function: using intelligent PID control, dedicated Swiss Mettler PH electrode;

Temperature control: electric heating, water cooling, circulating pump temperature control, with air escape function and water cut off and over temperature protection function, with good heat exchange efficiency; The intelligent module control ensures both the speed of temperature control and energy conservation.


Supplementing: A comprehensive feeding system (acid, alkali, foam, culture agent) that can be used for timed and quantitative feeding; The four peristaltic pumps can be set in segments on the control interface, making them convenient and flexible for practical use. Equipped with specially designed feeding pins to ensure safe operation of feeding;


Automatic lid lifting system (optional): BLBIO-UIP100 automatic lid lifting system uses an electric system to lift the lid for easy cleaning and maintenance of equipment inside the tank
