Bailun Biotechnology has successfully exported to the United States

  Recently, three sets of 15+150L fermentation tanks ordered by American customers have been delivered and successfully accepted in one go in the United States. Unlike previous equipment inspections, the technical personnel from Bailun did not arrive at the site for this installation inspection, but provided remote technical guidance through video conferencing.

  Remote installation acceptance to avoid cross infection. Remote inspection can be conducted in different regions and countries, and experts do not need to be on site. On site personnel can provide guidance on inspection and acceptance work by transmitting on-site videos to the expert's first perspective inspection footage.

  Acceptance document transmission. Both parties share the first perspective view of the acceptance site and mark the key positions of the acceptance equipment to remind on-site personnel to pay attention. The on-site personnel carry out installation and debugging based on the online acceptance document and annotated images.

  The on-site installation personnel hold mobile phones for full voice intercom, and all acceptance work is seamlessly connected, and the acceptance work is carried out in an orderly manner. This method achieves remote sharing of on-site work images, reduces personnel travel, reduces equipment installation and debugging costs, and ensures effective equipment acceptance.
